Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide site inspections?

Yes, we do provide site inspections.

If you are unsure of the best location, size and layout of your event then together onsite we can establish what will work best for you and your event.

Do I need to return my hired items cleaned?

We kindly ask that all goods (except linen) are thoroughly washed, cleaned, and then repacked into respective cartons and crates for collection. Please note equipment must not be packed wet and a cleaning fee will be incurred should the items be returned dirty.

Can I pick the items up myself?

Yes, you absolutely can pick up the items yourself! Being able to collect the items yourself will just depend on the size of the order and your capacity to transport the items.

Please note we do not allow you to collect and erect marquees. You can pick your equipment up from our warehouse, located at 7 Lockyer Street, East Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650.

How long is the period of hire?

Our general hire period is for 3 days but we will always endeavour to be flexible to your needs. Should you require hire for a longer period of time, please let us know.

When will my order be delivered and picked up?

Each week at Riverina Party Hire is different, and whilst we meticulously plan our schedule to meet the needs of everyone, sometimes an unexpected event can derail our plans.

For weekend orders, we generally aim to deliver on Thursday or Friday with pickup taking place on the following Monday.

We will be sure to let you know a week prior to your event what our planned day and time for delivery and collection is however we ask that you please understand that due to unforeseen circumstances we may need to make adjustments to the original plan.

Any changes will be communicated with the client.
